Founder
Brandon Beard
Founder & Managing Partner
Brandon started in Louisiana, selling door to door on straight commission. He worked up through retail management, then credit card processing, then into radio and media—Yellow Book through the print-to-digital shift, Cumulus Broadcasting as Sales Director and later VP and Market Manager, then Gannett. Along the way he trained sales teams numbering in the thousands.
The live-event years came next: more than a hundred festivals produced, and audiences in the millions. That work taught the thing that carries into everything here—a show either opens on time or it doesn't. There is no partial credit.
He founded The Brandgineers, which became the launchpad for Beard Growth Partners. Today he lives in Montana and builds companies across technology, healthcare, tourism, hospitality, entertainment and community impact.
